Administrator; 87101 a.1.
(Ans- Individual designated by the licensee to act on behalf of the licensee
in the overall management of the facility
Admission Agreement; 87101 a.2.
(Ans- All documents that a resident or resident’s representative must sign
at the time of, or as a condition of admission
Adult; 87101 a.3.
(Ans- a person who is 18 years or older
Advance Health Care Directive; 87101 a.5.
(Ans- A written instruction that relates to the provision of health care when
the individual is incapacitated. includes, Durable Power of Attorney for
Health Care, DNR form, POST
Allowable Health Condition; 87101 a.6.

    (Ans- an individual has no felony or misdemeanor convictions reported by
    the California Department of Justice

    (Ans- Maximum number of person authorized to be provided services at
    any one time.
    Care & Supervision; 87101 c.3.
