(Ans- manages the facility on behalf of the licensee. (may be the licensee)
Advanced Health Care Directive
(Ans- written instruction on the provision of the resident if they’re
incapacitated
Ambulatory Person
(Ans- resident is mentally competent and can leave a building in an
emergency without help or medical aid
Basic Services
(Ans- must provide the following basic services: safe and healthy living
place, personal assistance and care, observation and supervision, planned
activities, food service, arrangements for obtaining incidental medical and
dental care
California Clearance
(Ans- can’t have felony or misdemeanor conviction
Capacity
(Ans- max limit # of people allowed in care of a facility
care and supervision
(Ans- includes assisting in dressing, bathing, medicines, transportation,
storing/ distributing medicin, house rule maintenance, supervision of
schedules and activities, supervision of resident’s property and food
intake/diet

Criminal Record Clearance
(Ans- individual has BOTH California clearance and FBI Clearance

(Ans- failure to comply with department regulations
