  7. All criminal convictions of the applicant, including any pleas of guilty
    & nolo contendere or no contest; &<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. All issuances, denials, revocations, suspensions, restrictions &
    resignations of a notarial commission or other professional license
    involving the applicant in Guam or in any state.
    A NOTARY IS EMPOWERED TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING
