In the direction of the lymph flowI open up the terminus first, and then drain the cervical lymph nodes down the neck. I then move to drain the submandibular nodes from center out and move the lymph down the neck to the terminus. On the face I love the lymph from the center of the face towards the pre-auricular lymph nodes and from there down to the terminus
