NEVER GIVE ANTI-ARRYTHMICS MEDICATIONS Accelerated Idioventricular Rhythm Follows the same criteria as IVR, except Ventricular rate is 40-100. • If no intervention happens, the patient will deteriorate. - Treatment: assess pt, atropine, transcutaneous pacing.
