Any entity that provides housing, meals and one or more personal services to more than 2 persons who are not relatives for a period exceeding 24 hours must have an assisted living license unless - licensed as an Adult Family Care Home


When a representative of the Department of Children and Families or the Agency for Health Care or the Long Term Care Ombudsman comes to your ALF - you may ask to see identification


Assisted living services should be provided - in a manner that promotes the dignity and individuality of residents
