My greatest weakness is time management, i have always been very detail-oriented, so it sometimes takes me longer to finish a project than Initially think it will. During my time at Lindt, there were consecutive weekends where there were not enough employees at Lindt, my team was stressed but continued to strive for the best, then I took the initiative and started checking the customers out when they're finished. We were able to meet target goals in many days during the summer. I think one of our tough project is reaching our target sales goal.

One time, I disagreed with my manager over the best way to handle my work schedule. I made sure to be open and honest about how I thought we could better handle the situation. She agreed, so we decided to do it my way.
