Then in my action plan I would indicate that as much as possible it will be win solution both side. In that way employees will surely understand the situation, they will be grateful for despite the circumstance they still have their jobs. 2. Although the full impact of globalization on the workplace has yet to be recognized, as more companies embrace this trend and diversify, some alterations are emerging. Many of these changes are helpful, but some are not. The following are some of the effects: Cultural Diversification As globalization grows more prevalent, businesses are grappling with a growing cultural variety in the workforce. As a result of these changes, both small and large businesses must implement new norms and standards for their employees. As a result of rising cultural diversity, businesses have received new insights into other cultures from a management and marketing standpoint. Changes in Workers' Earnings Many workers' wages have changed as more businesses gain access to overseas outsourcing firms. Third-world countries may be able to offer their services at a cheaper cost than countries with better living standards because they have lower living standards. This has frustrated employees who prefer a less ethnically diverse workplace in certain companies, while in others, it has contributed to a deeper tolerance for many cultures and views. 3. according to Kaila (2005), Counseling, assists employees in coping with challenges, and hence it is assumed that it is beneficial. Because the employee becomes more cooperative, worries less about personal difficulties, or improves in other ways, both organizational and employee performance should increase. The quality of the individuals who work in an organization determines whether it succeeds or fails. a. Boost your efficiency and production. Employees are more agitated and burned out as a result of the epidemic than in prior years. Employees can use workplace counseling to talk about their anxieties and stress in a safe environment. We all need someone to chat to every now and then! b. The culture of the company has improved. Employee counseling programs help to build a mental health-focused culture by giving employees the impression that their company cares about their well-being. c. The level of job satisfaction has improved. All of the aforementioned benefits contribute to employee retention. Many businesses fail to give their employees with services to help them manage their mental health. Your business has the chance to be the exception.
