of the current website to user specifications and evaluate audience and stakeholders needs by doing

1. Describe how the current website content failsto meet audience and stakeholder needs.
The current website content fails to meet the audience needs because it doesn’t provide a landing page
with an overview of what the company does; it doesn’t provide with additional pages for other animals
additional to Cats and Dogs. The current website content fails to meet the stakeholder needs because it
doesn’t provide a content form or “Contact Us” page in order for the users to ask questions and request
consultations, also it doesn’t provide additional resources and care for animals.
2. Describe how the current website functionality failsto meet audience and stakeholder needs.
The current website functionality fails to meet the audience needs because it’s not accessible from
different device sizesi.e. handheld devices, the “Home” button doesn’t take you to the home page, once
you click on the FAQs page it highlights the Cats page, once you click on the Cats page it doesn’t highlight
anything and once you click the Dogs page it highlights the Cats page. The current website functionality
fails to meet the stakeholder needs because it doesn’t have a functionalsearch bar, it also is not properly
configured to be found by search engines.
3. Describe how the current navigation system failsto meet audience and stakeholder needs.
The current website navigation system fails to meet the audience needs because it’s not engaging, it
does not connect one page with another, it’s not easy to navigate and its confusing; also, all content is
formatted to the left which makes it hard to read. The current website navigation system failsto meet
stakeholder needs because it doesn’t provide additional information to be searched, or forms for
consultation.
B. Determine the information architecture for the new website based on the attached “Paradigm Pet
