The Agile Guide to Business Analysis and Planning: Case Study N2N Case Study Background N2N Media and Communications is a company that provides Internet, telecom services and content to its customers. It is planning an initiative to address its reduced customer base - thought to be largely a result of voluntary churn (customers choosing to leave the company). The first step in the analysis will be to determine the root causes of the churn in order to identify a promising solution.
