1. What is the group process? What are the dimensions of the group process? The group process is the set of interactions and dynamics that occur among the members of a group who work together to achieve a common goal. The dimensions of the group process include communication, coordination, cooperation, conflict, cohesion, and climate. These dimensions affect how the group performs, how the members relate to each other, and how satisfied they are with the group experience. 2. What are examples of leadership behaviours? Leadership behaviours are the actions and attitudes that leaders demonstrate to influence others and achieve a common goal. Some examples of leadership behaviours are: - Communicating a clear vision and direction for the team or organization - Empowering and motivating others to take initiative and responsibility - Providing feedback and recognition to acknowledge achievements and improve performance - Collaborating and building trust with stakeholders and partners - Adapting to changing situations and resolving conflicts constructively 3. What is EBP? How does the CNO define EBP? EBP stands for evidence-based practice, which is a process of using the best available research, clinical expertise, and patient preferences to make decisions about health care. The CNO, or the College of Nurses of Ontario, defines EBP as "the conscientious use of current best evidence in making decisions about patient care" (CNO, 2002). EBP helps nurses provide high-quality care that is safe, effective, and consistent with the needs and values of their clients.
