Examinations are governed by the College Regulations under the authority of the Academic Board. 4QQMN504 Examination 2021/22 Module Code and Title: 4QQMN504 Principles of Finance Examination Period: Period 1, January 2026 Time allowed: Students will have 2 hours to complete this paper. The paper will be available from 13:00PM GMT on Friday 14th January 2026. Students will need to submit their answers by 15:30PM on Friday 14th January 2026.  We have allowed a grace period of 30 minutes for timed exams to allow time for scanning and uploading submissions. INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES: 1. Candidates are required to answer three sections in total. i. Answer Question 1 from Section A. ii. Answer any ONE question from Section B. iii. Answer any ONE question from Section C. iv. Be sure to answer all sub questions 2. Section A and B are worth 25 marks each, and Section C is worth 50 marks. 3. Paste any required diagrams & graphs for your answers directly onto the answer sheet using software or uploaded photos. 4. A template cover sheet has been provided on the KEATS page, you should complete the first page ‘cover sheet’ and then type your answers below for the exam submission. Make sure you clearly indicate the questions you are answering (e.g. Section A, Question 1). 5. If you have a PAA cover sheet, you should include this in addition to your submission. 6. Save your work regularly, at least every 15 minutes. 4QQMN504 2 ONLINE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Your answer sheet should be submitted via the submission link on the module KEATS page. 2. Ensure your document is submitted as CANDIDATE ID – MODULE CODE- i.e. A12345-4QQMN504. 3. Once submitted please check you are satisfied with the uploaded document via the submission link. The word limit identified in each question does not apply to calculations or to the explanation of the calculations itself.
