Answer
assigned highest priority to bio- logical agents that pose the greatest risk of threat and harm.
4. Small pox was eradicated when?
Answer
Back in 1977 and it is coming back.Smallpox can kill you if you have a different infection going
on inside of your body.
5. What do we do with the people infected with small pox as precaution?
Answer
Need to be kept in a closed area, on contact and droplet precautions. Need to watch all the
people they've had contact with, may all be quarantined.
6. SS of small pox are?
Different than chicken pox because chicken pox stays more central the majority of the time.

Rash on the face and extremities
High fever, malaise, prostration
Rash after 1 to 2 days [face/mouth to throat/forearms to trunk].
7. Treatment for small pox is?
Answer
There is none, it's a virus, but there is a vaccine. mainly supportive care because we don't want
it to spread.
