1. Compartment syndrome S/S
- Pain
not relieved by analgesics or elevation
- Pulselessness
no palpable pulse in compartment or distal to the fracture
- Pallor
pale skin, poor perfusion, CRT >3
- Paraesthesia
tingling / burning sensation
- Pressure - Involved area tense and warm;skin tight / shiny; pressure in compartment when
elevated
