- dry mucous membranes
- vascular underload
- rapid thready pulse
- postural BP drop with HR increase
- lightheadedness
- flat neck veins when supine
- oliguria (low urine output)
- syncope (loss of consciousness)
- circulatory shock if severe
- pallor
- lower body temperature
