Answer:

If a customer is upset about an item already purchased I would ask the customer if they have their reciept and if so I would direct them to customer service to refund their money or replace the item. If the customer was upset that they could not find what they are looking for I will find the item for them and not iust point them in the general direction. Also I strictly believe that the customer is always right and I will make sure that the answer I leave the customer with suits their needs and when they leave Walmart they know that that Individual did the best they could to give them a great customer experience.

Well Walmart has lower prices than most department stores and how Walmart offers great customer value.I am impressed as to how the company creates many jobs, reduces inflation, and provides great products for families in all income ranges. I would also love to work in a fast paced environment and to serve loyal Walmart customers.
