Inleiding:

We kennen allemaal de witte of de rode wijn, de zoete of juist de droge. Ondanks dat er maar weinig verschillende soorten wijn zijn, vind je in de supermarkt wel honderd verschillenden flessen. De kleinste details tijdens het bereiden van de wijn kunnen de grootste verschillen maken in de smaak. Daarnaast denk je eerste instantie bij fruitsoort van wijn alleen aan de druiven. Dat is ook logisch aangezien er meer dan 500 druivenrassen gebruikt worden voor wijn. Dit zijn dan ook de belangrijkste smaakbepalende factoren waar
