Financial Responsibility Law ✔✔If you were at fault in a collision and can be held liable in a court of civil law, your driving privelage can be suspended for up to 3 years. You may end suspension by settling with other parties involved in the crash.

Mandatory Insurance Law ✔✔You must carry proof of liability insurance; failure to do so will result in a traffic citation or impounded vehicle. Minimum amount: $50,000/$100,000 for bodily injury/death, $25,000 for property damage
