  • Oral Regimens): Ceftriaxone 500mg IM in single dose + Doxycycline 100 mg PO BID x 14 days + Metronidazole 500 mg PO BID x 14 days.

(Primary and Secondary): Benzathine penicillin G 2.4 million units IM in a single dose
