VOORWOORD

Beste lezer!Voor school moeten we een onderzoek doen. Hierbij een onderzoek over de invloed van voeding op sportprestaties.Onze hoofdvraag is: Welke invloed heeft voeding op je sportprestaties? Wij willen deze vraag gaan beantwoorden door middel van onze deelvragen. Aan de hand van deze deelvragen komen wij te weten welke voedingsstoffen er belangrijk zijn en welke hoeveelheid je nodig hebt. Ook onderzoeken wij de energiesystemen van het menselijk lichaam. Verder kijken we naar de verschillen tussen een amateursporter en een topsporter.De één sport meer en langer dus heeft andere behoeftes. Dit gaan we verbinden aan je gewicht.Wij hopen zo een mooi en uitgebreid antwoord te kunnen geven op onze hoofdvraag.Wij wensen u veel leesplezier toe.
