right side heart failure (blood backing to into the body; not going forward to the heart) pedal (Feet)or peripheral edema, acites, liver engorgement, weight gain.

JVD treatmenet!: inotrpe and digoxin: they cause the heart to squeeze adequately so blood can go forward.(blood is backing down into the body!! jugular vein distention occurs because the blood is to much causing the vein bulge and edema and ascites are present also because of blood backing down) left side heart failure (blood backing to the heart, not going forward to the body) crackle fatigue (no adequate perfusion), pulmonary edema (acute), cynosis. (lack of oxygen to the body) diaphoresis (sweating).frothy sputum (blood tingled & not passing).tachycardia (lack of oxygen)

treatment: diuretic , get ride of the fluid in the

heart.

Willms tumornephroblastoma: type of kidney cancer that can

occur in children age three to four.it is rare!

DO NOT PALPATE THE ABDOMEN!!
